All of our CP Total Care (Full Service) migration services begin with a client consultation with an Australian Registered Migration Agent or Migration Consultant.
We offer face-to-face consultations at all of our offices and also via Skype, LINE or phone. Our consultations can be conducted in Thai, English, or both.
We recommend that you book 2 hours in advance as most cases take 2 hours to discuss thoroughly, and to allow for time for all your questions to be answered.
If you don’t wish to have a consultation, please consider our CP Check (Document Checking) or CP Lodge (Check and Lodge) services.
Migration Consultation Policy
Our migration agents and consultants are in high demand, and we have the following policies in place to be fair to all our clients and in order to provide a high level of service to our clients.
We will request certain client information from you before your consultation, so that we can conduct proper research in order to provide you with accurate advice during your consultation.
You must provide us with the requested information and documentation at least 24 hours before your consultation, otherwise we will have to reschedule your consultation.
All consultations are to be paid in full upfront with credit card.
We are quite flexible with rescheduling consultations if you can’t make it, but would ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice (otherwise the fee is forfeited).
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, then your consultation fee is forfeited and will not be refunded – remember, you can always reschedule.
Please make sure that you are on time for your consultation. If you are late, we may have to reschedule and you may not receive the full hour or 2 hours that you have paid for.
If you do not attend your consultation, then your fee is forfeited and you will have to pay again for another consultation.
