If you have already applied for or held an Australian visa and something has gone wrong and you need professional help, then you’re in the right place.
We have a team of Australian Registered Migration Agents (RMAs), offshore migration consultants and case managers who can help get you back to legal status. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance (see our Core Values) and we can help work out what you need to do next.
My visa was refused
If your visa was refused, the first thing is not to worry – it happens!
Usually what happens is that people think that a visa application is simply filling out a form and paying a fee. It’s not – applying for a visa is actually a complex legal process and you have to get everything just right in almost all cases.
Don’t worry though – it’s not the end of the world if your visa has been refused. As migration professionals we have more tricks in our toolbox than the average person, and we help a lot of our clients who have had their visa refused successfully apply for another visa to go to Australia.
Whether you’ve been refused a student visa, visitor visa or other type of visa – we can help.
I overstayed my visa in Australia
If you’re not sure when your visa expired and think you may have overstayed it, get in touch with us and we can check for you. You need to make sure that you depart Australia legally and properly… so that you can come back again in the future!
If you know you’ve overstayed and want to apply for another visa, there may still be options available to you. Have a chat with us about your situation and we’ll see what we can do to help.
My visa was cancelled
If you’re already in Australia and your visa has been cancelled, the first thing you need to do is CALL US.
We’re not kidding – in the case of a visa cancellation, every minute counts and can dramatically change what options you have available to you.
Once we know what we can do to help, we’ll work day and night (and weekends) to Get It Done to help make it right for you.
Remember – for a visa cancellation, the sooner you speak with us, the better!
I’ve been banned from Australia
If you’ve returned overseas and found out that you are banned from going back to Australia, we can help.
We regularly help students and other former visa holders overcome their 3+ year bans and successfully apply to return to Australia.
I’m having compliance issues
If you’re having trouble with your visa conditions or if you are an employer and are unsure about your migration obligations to your sponsored employees, get in touch one of our Registered Migration Agents and we can let you know what you need to do to make sure you’re on the right side of the law.
I need to go to the Administrative Appeal Tribunal (AAT)
If you’re already in Australia and about to go to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT, formerly MRT), we can help you prepare or even represent you at the Tribunal. Time is incredibly important for AAT matters – so contact us now!
I need to go to court
If your migration matter has somehow made its way into the legal system, we can provide you with a referral to a number of specialist migration lawyers (the best ones!) at no additional cost to you.
